Full lifecycle: strategy through production delivery. Engaged by VP Product at Beacon Building Products to address data limitations in legacy ERP (Mincron). Led PIM/MDM vendor selection鈥攎arket due diligence, developed custom demo scripts from real Beacon use cases, assisted four finalist vendors with preparation, and supported change management and executive communications.
Syndigo won. Then I delivered it. Transitioned to project manager for Syndigo implementation and ERP integration. Survived QXO's hostile takeover of Beacon, multiple Big 4 audits, and kept the roadmap intact. Delivered production Syndigo platform and QXO IT ERP integration successfully.
Found money nobody was tracking. During the takeover transition, identified additional value by implementing a Vendor Incentive tracker through Syndigo鈥攕urfacing tens of millions in vendor funds (sporting events, trips, signage, store renovations) that weren't being properly tracked.
Inherited an unusable product. Made it work. Took over product ownership for Pivotal Retail Group's spatial management platform. Stabilized the system, built integrations, and delivered a full-scale survey program for Tractor Supply.
Designed and managed a 1,000-store non-merchandise inventory survey鈥攃overing interior fixtures, exterior structures, parking lots, lighting, fencing, gates, capital equipment, and complete fixture BOM validation.
Multi-domain expert bridging business and engineering. Worked at Nead Werx from early stage through enterprise adoption, sitting with business users to understand their problems and with engineers to design solutions that actually shipped.
Helped shape a cloud-based merchandising platform now used by Fortune 50 retailers in grocery, fashion, and home improvement.
